Additionally, the partnership will benefit from IP Genie’s no-bid state contract with the Capital Region Council of Governments (CRCOG). This contract allows municipalities, schools, and libraries across Connecticut to bypass the time and expense of an RFP process while receiving very low pricing on business telephone services.

Clients can continue using IP Genie’s existing support phone numbers and emails, with the added benefit of CCi Voice’s expanded team of technicians and field staff for enhanced service and support.
The move further positions CCi Voice as a leader in the rapidly evolving communication landscape and aligns with its strategy for growth, which includes its goal to acquire similarly-minded telecom companies in the Northeast.
